Your tasks

In this challenging position, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of scientific information material with international legal and ethical requirements. In doing so, you will use your medico-scientific knowledge for the approval for all scientific information material produced within our International Division.

You will be the central contact person for our colleagues at Headquarters and our local affiliates with respect to scientific information. When exercising this function, you will guarantee that any person within our International Division directly and indirectly involved in the exchange of scientific information possesses state-of-the art medical knowledge on products and therapeutic areas.

You enjoy working in an international medico-scientific setting and are capable of finding agreements between different stakeholders such as Medical Managers, Medical Advisors Labelling and local Scientific Service Managers. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and updating internal Working Instructions and SOPs with respect to scientific information material.

Within your wide-ranging area of responsibilities, you will also supervise internal audits on promotional materials, etc., and, if necessary, initiate corrective as well as preventative actions. Moreover, you will determine the content for recurring and special training sessions.

Your profile

  • Degree in human medicine, pharmacy or natural science; Ph.D. desirable
  • Professional experience in evaluating scientific information within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in an international environment
  • Professional experience in the area of international legal and ethical requirements desirable
  • Knowledge in the area of pharmaceutical law
  • Reliable and thorough way of working
  • High flexibility and ability to adapt with respect to changing requirements
  • Excellent ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Russian an advantage
