Ihre Aufgaben

  • You lead the process scaling development to produce advanced high energy density electrodes
  • You assess current lab scale electrode processing conditions, and define and execute pilot level process development plan
  • You conduct systematic processing experiments using electrode formulations as defined by the materials engineering team to identify key parameters for control over product quality and electrochemical performance
  • You analyze electrode performances and determine their relationship with materials and process parameters then take independent steps to iterate on process improvement to reach target cell performance specifications
  • You document electrode processing parameters and communicate key learnings to cross-functional teams to enable transition towards production development
  • You Interface with equipment suppliers through concept development, system design iteration, procurement, installation, and acceptance testing
  • You work with manufacturing team to bring up mass production plant

Ihr Profil

  • MS. degree or equivalent experience in Materials Science, Chemical Engineer, or Industrial Engineer
  • 3-5 years of experience in process design and engineering success
  • Strong engineering and scientific background in an autonomous working culture
  • Broad exposure to energy storage materials required. Industrial experience in energy storage manufacturing and knowledge in energy storage materials are most preferred
  • Experience in the programming and operating energy storage processing and analytical equipment
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and ability to independently execute those priorities
  • Fluent English and German skills
