The Supply Chain Brand Planner has full responsibility for all aspects of the end-to-end production planning and detailed scheduling of brand specific products within the plant, ensuring 100% on-time-in-full delivery against customer requirements while designing robust short-, medium- and long-term production plans to enable highly efficient operations. Being a critical interface function, the Supply Chain Brand Planner is coordinating various stakeholders within the plant & across the global manufacturing network to meet the overall company goals.

  • Production planning and scheduling to ensure 100% on-time-in-full delivery against customer requirements
  • esigning short, medium and long term production plans to enable highly efficient operations
  • Communication & negotiation with peers & stakeholders (local & global) concerning supply- & demand changes impacting the plant’s production plans
  • Ensuring all planning and scheduling is carried out in accordance with agreed inventory levels to meet specific company objectives (incl. avoidance of distressed inventory)
  • Drive and further develop the local S&OP processes, including embedded planning systems & tools
  • Continuously analyze the plants capacities for the mid-to long term horizon (Rough Cut Capacity Planning RCCP) based on available forecast
  • Identify capacity bottlenecks within the monthly S&OP cycle and the daily work collaboration with the local departments (Bulk Manufacturing, Packaging Operations, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, etc.)
  • Support the monthly S&OP plant meetings; drive and track the action plan from the S&OP plant supply reviews
  • Collaborate with global peers & counterparts to drive, analyze & improve the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain process
  • Monitor & report on supply chain KPI’s – actively drive for a high level of performance 
  • Closely collaborate with Supply Chain specialists to enable a high level of material availability
  • Planning support of New Product Introduction Projects
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field (Supply Chain MGT, Planning)
  • Minimum five years of Supply Chain / Planning & Scheduling experience
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Thorough and proven experience in SAP modules Production Planning (PP), SAP Materials Management (MM)
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Excel, Access and other office programs.
  • General knowledge of Operations/Manufacturing processes – preferably pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in “Infor Advanced Scheduler” planning tool desirable
  • Project Management experience desirable
