It develops, produces and sells innovative solutions designed to combat them, making it the European pioneer in the field of orphan diseases. The company is dedicated to developing personalized treatments for patients with rare conditions.

Market Access Manager (f/m) Germany (Hematology & Oncology)

Das können Sie bei uns bewirken:

  • Achievement, maintenance and enhancement of access for Orphan's therapies in the German market
  • Establishment of contacts to key stakeholders on the payer/provider side, healthcare professionals, as well as medical societies 
  • Development of strong relationships with the above stakeholders and KOLs to ensure their access to current medical and scientific information on our products 
  • Product launch activities support and development/implementation of regional strategic and tactical plans 
  • Support of local access activities (e.g. AMNOG) as well as resolving reimbursement challenges as they may arise 
  • Development and management of marketing and brand development activities in Germany in lieu with the international corporate strategies 
  • Organization of and participation in product and medical education for healthcare professionals through on-site present

Sie wirken für uns durch:

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, ideally with a doctorate and/or a specialization in Health Economics
  • Several years' experience in market access, marketing and scientific sales in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing value propositions to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of customer segments and market dynamics in the German healthcare system
  • Existing networks on payer/provider as well as medical society level. Optimally KOL and clinical networks in the hematology and oncology fields
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to travel extensively across Germany
