SiC Project Leader – Fab Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Lead complex infrastructure and equipment installation projects with focus on SiC
Layout Planning of equipment installations in close cooperation with all stakeholder (e.g. Facility Management, Production)
Accountable to achieve defined project results (e.g. linked to production capacity planning)
Execution of complex projects according to the agreed project plan and within agreed boundaries (Specification, quality, timing, costs, information / reporting and organization)
Take team leadership including operational guidance and conflict management
Manage all requested changes and establish change management process
Analyze project risks and develop & incorporate scenarios to overcome these risks

Completed Masters Degree, preferably in a technical field
Ideally several years experience in project management (in equipment hook up and infrastructure is a plus)
Experience in Semiconductors, especially of semiconductor equipment and processes is a benefit
Profound knowledge in state-of-the-art project management tools and their application
Strong knowledge in Excel, Word, Power Point, Microsoft Project
Basic knowledge in AutoCAD
PMI certification or similar is a benefit
Excellent communication / stakeholder management skills
Used to work independently
Ability to find solutions for problems
Team player with a strong drive to achieve success and a pronounced hands-on mentality
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
